At CuddleBuddy, we want you to love your weighted plush. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return your CuddleBuddy within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided your item meets the conditions outlined below.
To start a return, please contact us at heycuddlebuddy@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Our registered business address is not our return address. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in good condition with no excessive wear, damage, or signs of misuse.
• The original packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heycuddlebuddy@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, and CuddleBuddy will only cover return shipping if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
CuddleBuddy is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Final Sale items
• Products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at heycuddlebuddy@gmail.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
