CuddleBuddy weighted plushies are designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and a calming sensory experience based on personal preference. CuddleBuddy does not make medical claims and does not guarantee relief from anxiety, sleep problems, stress, sensory sensitivities, or any other medical or psychological condition.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, stock availability, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to the destinations shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and available carrier information are displayed during checkout and outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your CuddleBuddy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Full return eligibility requirements and refund details are outlined in our Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning an item. Our registered business address is not a return address.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, product designs, graphics, text, videos, branding, and logos—is owned by HeyCuddleBuddy LLC or used with permission.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our content is prohibited.

Use of our weighted plushies is at the customer’s own discretion. Children should use weighted products under appropriate adult supervision.
